Job Description:
Bali Island School is seeking an experienced and motivated Middle Years Programme (MYP) Coordinator to lead the effective implementation of the IB MYP framework. The school welcomes applications from native and native-like English-speaking educators who are passionate about inquiry-based and interdisciplinary learning in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB MYP curriculum

Ensure alignment with IB standards and practices across all subject areas

Support and mentor teachers in delivering inquiry-based and concept-driven learning

Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and assessment practices

Monitor student progress and ensure effective assessment and reporting systems

Organize and facilitate professional development for MYP staff

Work closely with school leadership to drive academic excellence and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with IB requirements, including authorization and evaluation processes

Maintain effective communication with parents and the school community
